2. ‘15 West Villas’ complete or near complete villas.  The developer appreciate that some buyers would like to take occupation sooner than the 15 month ‘new’ villa build time so has spec built some villas.  However, these villas still need finishes as is often buyers like to personalise these.  So with these villas a 4-6 month turnaround is possible.  Pricing from US$1.25m for the finished villa.

• One can also buy the stand / plot and then have 5 years to design and complete their dream island villa.  These plots range in price from US$420 upwards.
